The hotel offers a comfortable stay with friendly staff in a great location near the beach and convenient for exploring Cancun. However, room amenities could be improved by adding basic essentials. The dining experience is varied with excellent food choices.

The hotel offers stunning views of the sea from the balcony, though the rooms are on the smaller side and lack a sitting area, they are adequate. The noise from adjoining rooms can be a bit bothersome, but the view makes up for it. The service from the staff is exceptional, with friendly and dedicated individuals like Vicente, Franki, and Marcos being standout performers.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a bit small and lacked a sitting area typical for a Riu suite, but the balcony and the breathtaking view more than made up for any shortcomings. Unfortunately, I had to wait a day for a luggage stand despite requesting it twice.

The location, right on the beach, was beautiful but a bit isolated from the nightlife, easily accessible by a short bus ride or taxi. The dining options were mediocre, mainly with fried food, but the fresh-baked scones were a highlight.
